AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Musician's Gym, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the websites jourdanmyers.com and electricpartyauthority.com (collectively, the "Site").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site.

ABOUT THIS SITE

This Site provides information about personal training, health and wellness coaching, and music performance services offered by Jourdan Myers through The Musician's Gym, LLC. The Site is informational only and does not provide services directly through the website. To engage our services, you must contact us separately and enter into a service agreement.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Musician's Gym, LLC and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of and access to the Site or your violation of these Terms of Service.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms of Service will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Minnesota.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

WAIVER

No waiver by The Musician's Gym, LLC of any term or condition set forth in these Terms of Service shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure to assert a right or provision under these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and The Musician's Gym, LLC regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and The Musician's Gym, LLC.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms of Service at any time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms of Service. You waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Service to stay informed of updates.
