    As a health and wellness coach, we explore the whole person. Together we uncover your needs and goals, and listen beyond what is being said. We hold the whole picture of your health, including exercise, sleep, nutrition, relationships, work and life satisfaction. Considering all of who you are, we make sure our time together aligns with your intentions and deepest needs.

  • Functional Movement Specialist

    We look at the movement patterns that show up in your daily life and make sure you’re moving with strength, safety, and ease. We focus on restoring balance and taking a holistic look at the interconnected systems of your body to make sure they are working together in harmony. Functional Movement is also used to help develop movement strategies to help manage chronic pain in daily activities.

  • Prenatal / Postpartum Certified Trainer

    Giving birth is a major athletic event, and growing a human being puts stress on the body. Using the Pronatal Fitness protocol, we make sure you are physically and mentally prepared for the increasing demands of pregnancy and the delivery that you desire. We also spent significant time preparing for the 4th trimester and beyond: how to recover from labor and delivery and how to move with more ease postpartum while fulfilling your role as a caretaker and parent.

  • Breathwork + Movement Coach

    We are more than just our muscles. Our nervous system holds our experiences in our tissues, joints, organs and memories. Through a trauma-aware lens, we focus on regulating your nervous system so your body feels safe. You are a whole person, and the physical and emotional experiences you’ve had impact your movement. Together with breathwork and somatic movement, we work towards integrating that which is locked or stuck in your body so you can experience more fluid ease in your daily life.
